The concept for DanTheStampMan.Com was born when I felt it was difficult for the average collector to find quality material at reasonable prices. Visiting stamp bourses/shows and observing the bartering process most collectors use when purchasing led me to believe there must be a better way to buy on-line. eBay is popular with many dealers and collectors, but you are competing against dozens, or sometimes hundreds of competing bids increasing your cost and padding the pockets of sellers. Many stamp dealers do have websites as well, but their selection is extremely limited and the prices are non-negotiable. Stamp shows are another good source of material, but many people do not have the time or inclination to visit.

Let me introduce DanTheStampMan.Com.  Our store is unique in that every price you see on this website is negotiable. My goal is to duplicate the bartering process that occurs during live shows. I include shipping and handling prices in your price so you know exactly what your cost will be. There are no extra surprise fees. We offer an amazing selection of material that is updated nearly everyday. We are constantly acquiring new material. We have items for every budget for the beginner to advanced collector. We don't cherry pick material, keep the good stuff, and sell what we don't need. Every item is sold as we receive it. That's why our customers come back again and again!

Click the 'Send Offer' link next to each item, and your offer will be answered, usually within minutes! You work one on one with the seller, and are not competing against other buyers. No last minute sniping like on eBay!

How I ship:

My goal is to send your item using the most safe and cost effective method.

•  For orders under $30.00 generally are sent by Media Mail if they qualify, or parcel post if over 1 lb. Under 1 lb, items are shipped by USPS first class mail.

• Orders over $30.00 may be shipped by Parcel Post, Priority Flat Rate Box or by UPS depending on the lowest cost.

• Orders over $200.00 are sent with tracking confirmation. If your order is under $200.00 and you want a tracking number, there is an extra charge for this service.

• I am not responsible for lost or mis-delivered mail. If you want items insured, please advise before your purchase. There will be an extra charge to insure parcels.

• I only use new shipping boxes for delivery. I do not re-use cartons.

• All orders are tracked in a database. Please contact me if you have a delivery question.

• An extra charge will be added if you request a shipping method not normally used, such as overnight or 2 day shipping. International shipping is extra on ALL sales.

• All items include an invoice

• All items are professionally packed for safe transport.
